Psychological Assessments can offer greater understanding and insight into your emotional and cognitive proficiency and determine if there are any undiagnosed disorders, disabilities or sensitivities.

For children, a psychoeducational assessment provides insight into your child's emotional, behavioural, cognitive and academic proficiency to determine if there are any ‘undiagnosed’ learning disabilities. The results of these assessments will help parents and teachers better understand your child’s needs and help the child qualify for additional resources and support in all educational settings throughout their life.

Hello! My name is Shrandeep, and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I provide counselling for children, youth, and adults. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and am committed to supporting clients with care, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process grounded in trust, respect, and openness. My approach is shaped by a deep understanding of the ways identity, relationships, and life transitions intersect with mental health. I draw from evidence based approaches including culturally adapted cognitive behavioural therapy (CaCBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness-based practices to support clients with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, stress, and identity-related concerns.

As someone who identifies as a second generation immigrant, I bring both personal and professional insight into the complexities of navigating cultural expectations, shifting values, and a sense of belonging. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals who feel caught in periods of transition—whether adjusting to new roles, relationships, or life stages.

Clients often describe my presence as calm, thoughtful, and attuned. I strive to create a space where people feel seen and supported as they explore their inner experiences and move toward growth. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you, and I look forward to supporting your journey toward clarity and healing.
